Sharp Circle Productions is a certified LGBTQ+ and woman-owned production company, founded by Abbey Roe, an entertainment industry professional with over a decade of experience at several Fortune 500 companies. With a background spanning research, acquisitions, strategy and planning, business and legal affairs, media relations, casting, development, production, and post-production, Abbey brings a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of storytelling and content creation.

Founder & CEO
Abbey Roe is an entertainment industry professional with over a decade of experience across film and television. She’s worked alongside more than 30 top-level executives across major networks, studios and production companies, giving her a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on what it takes to bring a story to life.
After producing independent feature films and joining the Producers Guild of America, Abbey transitioned into scripted television development and production. She credits Shooter as the series where she truly rolled up her sleeves, learning the nuts and bolts of how to make a show from the ground up. Her time as a creative consultant further refined her ability to spot meaningful stories, and the right ways to tell them.
At Warner Bros., Abbey worked under Brett Weitz on the TNets Scripted Originals team (TNT | tbs), where she developed a deep appreciation for people-first leadership. She counts Chad and Snowpiercer among her most fulfilling career highlights.
Rooted in a personal background that shaped her into a tenacious, resourceful creative, Abbey sees herself as a conduit for authentic storytelling. She understands how underserved many audiences are, and how transformative the right story at the right time can be.
